Senior Industrial Controller

Job description

Contributing to the month-end controlling and reporting processes related to the industrial operations
Monitoring and controlling of the production costs and analysis of the production variances
Preparation of ad-hoc analysis on the production costs with explanations and suggestions to the Production team to improve the efficiency
Support in the budget and forecast preparation related to the industrial operations
Contributing to the maintenance of the inventory control systems and the obsolescence calculation
Assessment of industrial capex
Develop and implement best practices to the production entities
Involved in the audit processes
Support the Production team through the preparation and the analysis of business cases

Profile

Degree in Finance/Accounting/Controlling
8-10 years of experience in Controlling, experience in a Manufacturing environment is required
Fluent in French & English, Italian is a plus
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel / PowerPoint
Advanced knowledge of an ERP (M3 is an advantage)
Ability to manage communications with different stakeholders across the organizations
Self-starter with a positive and solutions-oriented attitude
Proven critical thinker with strong analytical skills
