HR Administrator
Job description
Mission and main tasks:
Being first level support am HR desk
Ensure recruitment for all temporary assignment, apprentices, internship
Support the on boarding of new employees in Geneva
Manage various HR administration for employee's life's cycle (data entry in the systems, social insurance affiliation, work permit request, taxation, planning of welcome process, data entry in the systems, work permit request, planning of welcome process)
Manage accident an illness reporting
Ensure the internal and external training actions (organization, monitor and evaluation)
Ensure HR procedures are followed and up to date
Update employee documentation and data base
Produce attestations, work certificates and other administrates tasks
Provides clerical support to the HR department
Administering the internal communication on HR topics
Drafting attestations, certificates and miscellaneous correspondence
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records using HR tools
Perform other duties as assigned
Profile
Your profile:
HR certificate
A minimum of 5 successful years of experience as a HR Assistant, ideally in the industrial sector
Familiarity with a variety of HR systems, and quick to learn new ones
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Good level in Excel
Relationship orientation: ability to build strong, sustainable relationships: You're proactive, flexible and eployee-focused personality with excellent communication skills
High degree of personal integrity, confidentiality, descretion and respect for others: You're a team player with high social competence. Demonstrates discretion, reliability, integrity and shows ability to quick build trust with employees and within the team

quick to learn alone
For this position fluency in English and French (both oral and written) is required. English and French are te working languages (native or C1)
