Engineering & Production Manager

Job description

• Manage the Engineering service (R&D, Methods, Labs = 5 Engineers) + Production (several Direct Reports)
• Is responsible for the qualification of new products
• Participate to the quality management of the products
• Supervise the mechanical Lab
• Support production in process improvement
• Support collaboration between engineering team and sales teams to fulfill customer needs
• Contribute to standardization and patent filling processes

Profile

• Engineer Degree with high technical skills and various experiences, if possible in cable industry
• Leadership skills
• Pragmatic and operational approach
• Communication and reporting
• Experiences in measurement methods in production processes and in laboratories methodology
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in French
