Description du job

• Lead the entire recruitment process including, sourcing, screening, interview, feedback, and offer process
• Establish a diverse pipeline of outstanding technical talent for technician, engineering, and leadership opportunities using creative sourcing channels
• Recruit & deliver highly qualified external candidates against open positions, drawing upon collaborating skills and staffing expertise to recommend the best course of actions to recruit, assess, select, and hire
• Partner with and establish relationships with hiring teams and leadership to understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that§ into a positive candidate and interviewer experience
• Work closely with the Hiring Managers to deeply understand the technical requirements of the role, function, and how it fits into the organization
• Experience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans
• Demonstrate sourcing techniques using a wide variety of tools, technology, and networks
• Provide excellent communication with external candidates to provide an outstanding candidate experience
• Ability to support recruiting for multiple locations as needed
• Plan, prepare and represent EM Microelectronic-Marin SA at industry and college recruiting events to attract talent and build the EM Microelectronic employer brand
• Help build and improve existing processes to help the organization scale its efforts for years to come
• Maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed


• A solid ability to collaborate and guide hiring leadership on recruitment strategy, tactics, processes, and standard methodologies
• A driven, energetic, professional, and motivated attitude
• 5-7 years of experience recruiting highly skilled engineers and technicians for semiconductor industries
• Ability to meet deadlines and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment, handling a large number of requisitions
• Have a customer focus and ability to engage and influence partners effectively
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence, and have effective cross-team collaboration skills
• Have the desire to research and stay current on relevant technical/engineering semiconductor business activities
• Teamplayer and used to work in multicultural / multisite environments
• Adaptable, flexible, open minded and trustful
• Very good knowledge in English and French
