Ensure the accuracy of the QC demand Forecast and Planning tool • Collect all validated demands to QC and maintain Forecast & Planning Tool up to date date • Ensure that data transmitted by functional stakeholders are suitable for QC planning • Challenge received information and request/obtain additional information if needed • Communicate accurately across all QC Department recorded testing deadline as neede needed QC Capacity Measurement • Ensure the accuracy of the QC Capacity Measurement tool • Maintain accurate information regarding: • People Competencies • Equipment Availability • Test generic « temps de gamme » • Constantly look for better processes and tools to improve accuracy of the QC planning • Build and maintain a strong partnership with various stakeholders (Project Management, Process Development, Manufacturing…)

Profil

• Master's degree (ideally in Life Science) • Minimum 3-year relevant experience in Planning (for instance in a S&OP department) • Solid understanding of Pharmaceutical Product Development and Quality Control in particular • Negotiation and excellent communication skills • Creative and problem solver, responsive, autonomous, organized, rigorous • Computer skills: MS Office suite, Excel • Fluent in French and English
