Senior Application Support

Description du job

• Manage the ERP and CRM cloud platforms
• Analysis of internal processes and needs of the users
• Perform UAT testing in collaboration with key users
• Manage contracts, licensing and relationship with the applications vendors
• Regular communications with stakeholders to provide status updates, successful solutions as well as documenting all activities for future reference
• Responsible for the recording of issues and actions and being able to provide incident and problem management
• Organise and lead training when required
• As a mentor for a junior colleague
• Lead applications projects


Requested Profile

• Bachelor degree (Computer Science preferred) or equivalent
• 4-5 years of experience in the a similar role
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
• Strong working experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
• Experience in a CRM tool, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
• You have an excellent understanding of cloud computing environments, ideally Azure hosting
Good knowledge of SQL
• Experience in deploying application projects
• Small scale application upgrade, configuration and patching across multiple applications environment
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team as well as a willingness to take ownership for problem resolution and additional responsibilities where applicable
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business processes
• You have strong analytical, organisation and problem solving skills
• Show your sense of responsibility and team player attitude
• Available for trips within the Egger group subsidiaries
