Process Engineer - Gravure Plasma

Description du job

• Creation, validation and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes based on KPIs, e.g. yield, cycle time, scrap costs
• Implementation of preventive and corrective actions to ensure continuous production
• Creation of specifications and documents
• Check the correct application of the procedures
• Operators training and troubleshooting in the production
• Acquisition and qualification of new equipment
• Technical collaboration with suppliers
• Industrialisation of new products
• Analyse and report of non-conformity

Profil

Requested Profile
• Engineer HES (Bachelor) in micro-technology / electronic
• Very good analytical skills
• Good understanding of the production and it’s requirements & needs
• Proactive supporter of the production team and team player
• Hands-on and well organized with high intrinsic drive
• Agile and flexible working attitude
• French – working language, English (B1)
• Experience in a micro-technic production line (clean room, micro-fabrication process)
